Not sure if she’s ripe because the leaves are still green, but I think the time is near but how near is anyone’s guess. I’ve been warned that newbies tend to harvest early. Since I am a newbie, I could be missing something and fit this description. My assessment of tricomes includes a sample from the entire cola. think one possibility is that the tricomes on the sugar leaves are not part of the overall assessment and not included. Maybe it’s strictly the tricomes on the flowers that I should be evaluating. I have read others using only a microscopic sample collected from within the bud to gauge ripeness. I have no objections, but I am wondering why my technique is wrong. I
