Been working hard on the environment and getting temps and RH right. The room is so well insulated it has a tendency to get too hot, at least under the lights. Have two small fans going and the AC. At night I need heat. This time of year is crazy. We've got from 2.25 to 2.75 in height. Temps are running 78-82 (maybe higher) so working hard with the AC. Run the filter pumps to pull hot air out and bring cooler air in, if I can. RH is about 45-48 without humidifier/dehumidifier. Watered yesterday about 2 to 3 oz per plant. Wondering if/when I need to go to a full container watering. Lights are at about 480-525 PAR and are 27 inches above the canopy (well, OK, three little girls). No nutes yet, but may give some when I water tomorrow. Using FFOF -- so I'm not sure I need it.
3-09 Started to water at outside of leaves to prompt root ball to spread. They liked it. First water was about a L split between them.
3-11 Looks like overcoming initial mistake of not getting into soil fast enough. They've doubled in size in past few days. Watered again today as top 2 in. dry. Adjusted pH from 7.7 tap to 6.25 with at tiny, tiny pinch of TNB down. Had to add some tap to get to 6.25. Split about 1.7L between the three. Boosted RH about 5%. Today, noticed my first glorious scent. Set up negative pressure. L coming in, MH going out.
