I’m planting two BMZs and the freebee Deelite. So far the one BMZ is quite tall , maybe 2 inches. The second about a quarter inch. Here’s my personal log:

7/12/21: seeds arrived today! 16 Blueberry and Mazar plus two bonus Deelite seeds. I started soaking 2BM and 1 DL. Hoping for 100% germination!
Two ideas I learned today: rather than topping plant, bend over using u bend spike. Plant germinated seeds in 5gal pail , dig out area and use seedling mix around seed.
7/14/21: All three seeds popped open. Tiny tap root appearing. Moved to container with wet paper towel. Added a tiny bit of seaweed water, didn’t take much. Back to the closet.
7/16/21: planted all three germinated seeds in seeding mix. Covered with plastic wrap, added breathing holes and put in a warm (about 80F) place.
Checking to see if the containers are biodegradable.
7/18/21: one Bmz and Dl have sprouted. I’m giving the some natural indoor light.
7/19/21: the second BMZ sprouted. She’s small but I decided to put her in the light. BMZ 1 has a tall stem and a set of leaves. The DL is slow opening .
7/20/21: BMZ 1; stem seems to long. Apparently not enough light. So, I propped it up and allowed it to bask in the sun for short periods. BMZ 2; I helped release the seed shell. DL; knocked off the skin, opened right up!
