Done a massive defoliation and some low stress training (LST) coinciding with a feed to help aid recovery. Added the first nutrients to the feed too due to the brown spotting and leaf discolouration, hopefully all that dissappears before i switch to flower which will be in the next week or 2. Alot of fungus gnats are appearing on the sticky trap but as far as i have read they are not going to affect my mature plants too significantly.
